SHUTDOWN allows you to shutdown or abort the shutdown of any
machine on your network.  Of course, you must have the
appropriate security clearance.  This is a utility we developed
for internal use here at Smith, Kenner Consulting.  We are
releasing it as FREEWARE.  Use at your own risk, but report any
bugs to us.  NOTE: Windows NT required.  Type /? for help.
